Singing will make us happy, relax and it is good for practicing lungs too.
Dr. Williams has suggested his patient who has a nerve spasm to join a singing course. As a result, their nerve is no longer in stiff. Not only that, singing can freed those who’s in depression and stressed.
This has also been proved by a patient named Louis Palmer from New Hampshire. After his divorcee, he has even decided to commit suicide. After following therapy, he became happier and more relax.
Another experience also happened to Emily Thackery. This 25 years girl has breathing problem at first, by singing, it means she exercises her lung capacity.
