Still about fasting and how fasting can support body detoxification, Juice fasting is one way that is suggested by some  food combining expertise. According to the expertise, there are only five kinds of fruits that is suggested to be consumed as juice.

Why does it have to be in juice ?

Because by forming fruits into juice, the nutrition of fruits will be easier to digest and absorb. In this case, not much of fiber is in, in some people there might be a constipation. To overcome this problem, a colon hydrotherapy in suggested. But if we consume white water in between juicing, the risk of constipation is handled.

The kinds of fruits that is suggested are papaya, apple, manggo, watermelon, pineapple and lemon (lime)

Choose the fresh and ripe/mature fruits. It doesn’t have to be imported fruits, the closer the fruit planted around, the nutrition quality well be better of our body. And organic fruits will be much better choice.

The kinds of fruits to be consumed in day must be the same. Like for example, if in he first day we consume only papaya juice the whole day, then the next day we may consume only water melon, etc.

Milk contains fat. But now there have been various kinds of milk with different fat value. There’s full cream, low fat, and even non fat. If we drink full cream milk, off course this will make us fat. On the contrary, consuming low fat milk, doesn’t mean we won’t be fat, it depends on the food intake. High calorie food will make us fat.

(2) Does milk cause diarrhea?

For certain people which is tolerant with lactose, mild with lactose will cause diarrhea. That is why, they need to consume non lactose milk, like soymilk for example.

(3) Is calcium need will be fulfilled from milk only ?

Calcium can be taken from various food. Vegetables, tofu, fish, shrimp, small sea-fish, and some types of nuts can be source of calcium. Milk is just one source. Somehow, it will be better if we can get source of nutrition from various source.
