Preparation Before Detoxification

Along with detoxification, most energy of our body is focused in cast-out process. It is no use of doing detoxification if we’re still tight-up with activities that takes energy and thought.
Doing detoxification must be done in relaxed. That is why, it is very important to determine the right time for that.
Detoxification with juice fasting takes 7 to 40 days, it depends on each person’s condition.
For those who isn’t used to fasting, it will be better of practicing first, and doing it three days in the row.
You must please remember that three days fasting is just a practicing, because the fact is, the cast-out has just begun by the third day. And for those who’s interested in doing the detoxification for 7 days, a consult with doctors and therapist is better suggested.
To make it easier to adapt with detoxification therapy, you may practice these written bellow :
- reducing fatty food like fried dishes, milky food, high-carbohydrate food especially the ones with floury ingredients and sugar, and soft drinks
- reducing consuming salty food
- avoiding alcohol, caffeine and unnecessary medicine
- avoiding all kinds of fast food / instant food

Still about fasting and how fasting can support body detoxification, Juice fasting is one way that is suggested by some food combining expertise. According to the expertise, there are only five kinds of fruits that is suggested to be consumed as juice.

Because by forming fruits into juice, the nutrition of fruits will be easier to digest and absorb. In this case, not much of fiber is in, in some people there might be a constipation. There’s a very interesting article that I got during my searching in the internet some couple of times ago. As I may tell you, I’m very curious to find out about detoxification, and I also started to search some methods of doing it. And here’s the recap of some articles I got.
Fasting is considered as one among some ways of doing body detoxification.
Fasting is effective to clean intestine. Intestine takes the main role in absorption process, and any kinds of substance that will be circulate to the whole of our body, is brought by blood from intestine channels.
If our intestine is clean, then the blood that spreads over our body is in clean condition too.
