Slim and Firm Thighs
Having Slim and Firm thigh is every woman’s dream. But it seems that with only a little daily exercise, a slim and firm thigh can be easily gotten.
Here are a small tips on it :
- Choose the kind of exercise that will give a direct effect towards thigh. We can choose walking or running. When our muscle starts contracting, that is the moment when our forming is beginning.
- If walking bores us, we can choose riding. This exercise also distributes the same effect.
- Too lazy to go out ? try a squat jump. Or else a static bike is a good way too.
- Want a faster thigh forming ? Go on diet !!! Reduce intakes with high carbohydrate. Carbohydrate will pile our hip and thigh.
