There’s a very interesting article that I got during my searching in the internet some couple of times ago. As I may tell you, I’m very curious to find out about detoxification, and I also started to search some methods of doing it. And here’s the recap of some articles I got.

Fasting is effective to clean intestine. Intestine takes the main role in absorption process, and any kinds of substance that will be circulate to the whole of our body, is brought by blood from intestine channels.

If our intestine is clean, then the blood that spreads over our body is in clean condition too.

Basically, all waster or substances that our body don’t require, is considered as toxin (poison) or disturbance or disease. Toxic in our body comes from many things. Here are some of them :
