Body Toxin, The Cause and The Effect
Basically, all waster or substances that our body don’t require, is considered as toxin (poison) or disturbance or disease. Toxic in our body comes from many things. Here are some of them :

1. Our Food Intake
The food what we consume in our daily contributes a lot to our body toxin level. There are many choice of food that will be good for our health, but remember this one, that is NOT to consume additive food and processed food products. Those two kinds of food contains dangerous ingredients if being consumed in a long period of time. Not just that, additive and processed food will increase body weight compared to those who doesn’t consume.
2. Polluted air we breath.
3. Chemicals essence like pesticides, etc
4. Heavy metals in our drinking water
5. Residue of pharmaceutical drugs
6. According to some expert, Negative thoughts and emotion may also increasea toxin level in our body.
7. Natural body product as result of metabolism process.
The effects that may be caused by body toxin :
- constipation problem
- easily catching cold or fever
- having body weight problem ( the excessive one)
- high blood-cholesterol rate
- interference of skin, cellulite
- pre-menstruation syndrome,
- early aging
- degenerative diseases that may attach our body, etc
There are so many disturbance that may be caused by body toxin. No wonder body detoxification somehow considered necessary, to maintain our body’s health.
